Gold Gold Adventure Gold | Sound Redesign
Now here is a selection of gameplay clips I have 'borrowed' from a Gold Gold Adventure Gold Trailer. The game looks like a lot of fun and in this video I wanted to dig into the elements of magic and fantasy whilst also blending the soundscape with the reality of the town management experience (constructions, town noise, npc talking etc).
Each short scene gets a custom ambience layer, especially when the town is in view and the ethereal tree in the background of a few shots and some added foley where needed.
Gold is obviously a large focus in the game so I wanted to give spending and handling gold a very distinct and pleasant sound when used (right at the start of the video). Cha-Ching.
Rogue Maze | Bionic Wombat Games
Below are two Sound Redesigns of a trailer for a currently unreleased game titled 'Rogue Maze'. The game is being developed and to be published by studio Bionic Wombat Games. I found the original trailer to carry a great sense of chaos and humor that is riddled throughout my attempt to fill this world with personality and soundscapes.
My focus was shared between building out simple believable in-universe soundscapes for each area/map shown and then to give the various enemies traversing each respective maze some personality and reactive sounds to wandering into the game's many hazards and contraptions. Did someone say god complex?
I'll leave it up to you to find the distinct differences between these two versions.

Wylde Flowers | Sound Redesign
Please enjoy this selection of gameplay clips I have repurposed from a Wylde Flowers update marketing video. In this video I share my take on how the town of Fairhaven would sound.
I have recreated atmospheres for each scene and setting, given vibrant personalities to the occupants of the farm, as well as captured the feel in UI sounds for a cozy-type game helping immerse all who visit.
Magic is a staple for this title, so I wanted to give our protagonist Tara that feeling of great power in her many spells and abilities, yet wanted to make sure the Wylde Flowers charm was present in each of her actions.

I am a highly skilled and passionate sound designer from Sydney, Australia. I have over 7 years of experience in supporting immersive narratives in linear and non-linear mediums. I have an unhealthy relationship with fictional worlds and keeping people immersed in them... myself included.
I recently finished a contract term at Grinding Gear Games as Dialogue Editor and I loved the work, the team and the challenges that making a game brings every day.
I am currently working with indie game studio Bionic Wombat Games as their sound designer for the project 'Rogue Maze': A tile-based maze defence game that combines defending your towers with deck-building and an added twist on the formula that you'll need to experience.
